CANCELLATION POLICY

At CPT, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your physiotherapy appointment. We strive to provide the highest level of care to all our patients and ensure the efficient allocation of our resources.

 

To maintain an optimal scheduling system and accommodate the needs of all patients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need and helps us maintain a smooth workflow.

2. Cancellation Fee: In the event of a late cancellation or failure to provide adequate notice, a cancellation fee may be applicable. The cancellation fee will be determined based on the length of the scheduled appointment. We will inform you of any applicable fees when you make your appointment or upon cancellation.

3. Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you within the remaining time slot. However, please note that the full appointment fee will apply, and your session may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule for subsequent patients.

4. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen emergencies or sudden illnesses can occur. If you find yourself in such circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and make appropriate arrangements.

5. Insurance Coverage: If you are using health insurance to cover your physiotherapy sessions, please be aware that your insurance provider may have specific requirements or guidelines regarding cancellations. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with your insurance policy and communicate any relevant information to us.
