Day by day is all we can do, but please know that for now; treatments are still available and we are still here to care, treat and help you in every way we still can at the moment.

We understand there are many of you that are still very much requiring physiotherapy treatment. Especially some of you that are working harder than ever before in the health field, teachers, hospitality workers, trades, retail workers and those that are working from home in less than ideal set up conditions. We will only be offering 1/2 hour consults moving forward to try and minimise contact time and ask that if you feel it is 'non essential' treatment for now, and you are managing okay - please contact us to postpone your appointment.

We also know a lot of you are staying clear and we completely understand that also. If you don’t feel comfortable coming in for your appointment or aren't feeling well, have been o/s or been in contact with someone who has, please remember to contact to reschedule.

We are trying to do all we can, keeping updated with the latest regulations and will keep you posted with any further updates we have regarding any upcoming changes for appointments. We are here if you need to touch base regarding some advice if you are in isolation and are struggling with any niggles, so feel free to email us.

Thankyou for your ongoing support and messages throughout this time. Our hearts go out to the businesses that have already been affected but stay strong and remember this time will pass and for now the health and safety of our community is paramount.
